IN STORE ORDERS

It very much depends on the type of product, but it ranges from 4 to maximum 8 weeks for all products except for cabinets and container system for which the average lead time is 10 for matt colors and 12 for shiny colors. These lead times refer to the time span from the order entry until the product is ready for pick-up in Italy. It does not include the transportation lead to the final destination.
Please note that we have an in-stock program "Quick ship" for which we guarantee a lead time of max 2 week. Check the product availability on our website here.

 

ONLINE ORDERS

Accessories and non-bulky products will be shipped via express delivery (DHL) in 5-10 business days. If the order also contains any bulky or not in stock products, delivery time may extend up to 12 weeks.

In special circumstances, delivery may take longer. Orders are shipped and delivered on working days, with the exception of local holidays and warehouse closures.

 

 

We remind you that the courier does not deliver on national/local holidays.

* orders placed in August may be delayed due to the summer closure of the warehouse from 7th to 21st August. In this case, the orders will be promptly processed upon the return of the assigned personnel.

To buy online, go to the E-Shop page on the menu, click on the product you like and choose the preferred model. Please be aware that the E-Shop page is available only for some countries and that orders can be placed 24/7, only from the country where the product will be shipped.

If you are not satisfied you can return Cappellini products within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase. Goods returns will be accepted only with the submission of a valid proof of purchase and in new, unused and re-saleable condition to be verified by Cap Design S.p.A., delivered in the original packing. Damages to the product caused by an inadequate packaging will authorize Cappellini to charge the repairing costs to the Customer.

Eventual cancellation on current orders made outside of Cappellini stores must be notified to Cappellini within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the order confirmation. In this case no expenses will be charged. If the change or cancellation are notified after 14 (fourteen) days, their costs will be charged. A new delivery date will be communicated.

In general, all our products are shipped pre-assembled and ready-to-use except for our tables and our cabinets & container systems. Taking care of the final assembly on site is, amongst many others, one of the services that our dealer partners provide to our customers.

Cappellini warrants his products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of 2 (two) years from the original invoice date. Please download our standard warranty terms & conditions with this link

Yes, this is typically a service that our dealer partners provide. Please refer to your nearest authorized dealer partners. In addition, you can request our internal design services using the link below. Our team of experts is at your disposal to offer you a hands-on and free-of-charge service.

Yes, we provide white glove delivery virtually all around the world through our distribution network. Please refer to the nearest authorized Cappellini dealer by searching through the store locator on our website.

Yes, our products are absolutely Covid-19 safe as it is scientifically proven that the virus cannot survive on furniture over a longer period. In addition, we are carefully cleaning all our furniture before they leave our factory.

Yes, it is possible to personalize and/or customize most of our products. Please ask your nearest dealer or write to [email protected] to verify feasibility and costs.
