Graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, Lorenzo Damiani is an Italian designer known for his experimental and innovative approach to design.
Throughout his career, he has received numerous prestigious awards. The Triennale Design Museum dedicated two solo exhibitions to him: "Ma Dove Sono Finiti gli Inventori?", curated by Marco Romanelli, and "Prova a Prendermi", curated by Silvana Annicchiarico. Additionally, the Achille Castiglioni Foundation hosted his monographic exhibition "Lorenzo Damiani: Senza Stile", curated by Giovanna Castiglioni.
Thanks to his visionary approach and continuous research on shapes and materials, Lorenzo Damiani contributes to redefining contemporary design. He has collaborated with prestigious brands such as Caimi Brevetti, Campeggi, Ceramica Flaminia, Illy Caffè, and Ikea. For Cappellini, he designed the Mondo rug, a project that showcases his ability to blend aesthetics and concept, transforming a simple furnishing element into a unique visual and tactile experience.
