JULI PLASTIC

Werner Aisslinger

2018

More than twenty years after the original, there is now a new version of the Juli, designed by Werner Aisslinger: the Juli Plastic armchair. Over the decades, this seat has fostered many creative and constructive interpretations and, in this edition, the shell is made of plastic, stimulating yet another experimental frontier.

With a nearly imperceptible restyling, Werner Aisslinger aimed to further valorise the stylistic elements of the original design. The curvatures of the shell have become even smoother, to preserve the sculptural plasticity as well as the comfort and ergonomics of the design. Available in versions with a swivelling base or with wood legs, and an elegantly stylish model with a tubular metal base, the Juli Plastic armchair comes in playful colours such as lobster red and sage green, a refined neo-vintage echo.
