The Diavoletti Family by Daniel Eltner is a collection of three different vases, each with a distinct colour. Red Diavoletto, pink Diavoletta and yellow Diavoletto form an enigmatic contemporary tryptic, an ironic reinterpretation of the symbolic talisman through which to exorcise the trials and tribulations of everyday life.
Made of ceramic, the Diavoletti Family vases have a matte exterior and glossy interior, and are made using ancient techniques from the 1700s. The elements appear bizarre and surreal, inspired by the idols from the Cycladic civilization on the island of Mykonos.
