Founded in Milan in 2003 by Britt Moran and Emiliano Salci, Dimorestudio is a full-service, global architectural and design studio that spans residential, retail and hospitality projects, in addition to producing furnishings, textile and lighting designs under the name of Dimoremilano. Dimorecentrale, the new headquarter near Milano Centrale Train Station, is the heart of the business for the 40-plus person team as well as for Dimoregallery, the evocative setting which features rotating installations and collections of the great masters of the 20th century and contemporary designers.
Britt Moran and Emiliano Salci are a perfect fusion of talents. The story of their journey began in the same Milan location where Dimorestudio currently operates and it developed and grew – year after year – thanks to a skilful combination of decoration, objects, modern art, important mid-century pieces, and finally, elements and spaces that they designed and produced themselves. They define their work as “a juxtaposition of contexts, spaces and elements that evoke emotion … pairing, mixing and matching different time periods”.
For Cappellini, Dimorestudio designed the Millepiedi table collection.
