Great Things To People

2016

Designed by the Chilean studio, Great Things to People, the Tarrugao vase series is evocative of the encounter between past and present, where ancient local porcelain production techniques give life to contemporary new aesthetics.

Available in three different heights and dimensions, these fine porcelain vases are cream-coloured and combine human intervention with the serial production process. The form of the vases, in fact, captures the gesture that the artisan makes while giving form to the material when it is still malleable: the result is the characteristic undulating rhythm of the Tarrugao vases.
