RADICÀL FAKE

Patricia Urquiola

2018

For Cappellini, Patricia Urquiola created the sophisticated signature desk, Radicàl Fake; an authentic architectural design that is valorised by the use of finishes that, through hi-tech research, exalt the beauty of the natural materials, from the linear veining of oak to the flecks of Venetian marble.

Radicàl Fake high desks are equipped with incorporated bookshelves formed by the intersection of numerous linear elements that create amusing and unexpected prospectives.
The series is made in three types of melamine (oak laminate, white, or anthracite with oak trim), and Venetian marble or “terraced effect”; the elements in the collection are available in two different heights and widths.
