Cappellini star of the Fashion Show
Following Shanghai and London, and awaiting Paris, the catwalk of the Pelota space in Milan hosted the collections of the best fashion designers from the Milanese campus of the Istituto Marangoni a few days ago. The Fashion Show is the most awaited moment for the students, an opportunity to showcase their talent and creativity to an audience of experts from the fashion industry. Cappellini was also star of the show thanks to the installation at the end of the catwalk designed by Studio Khom, where a lounge and reception area were "animated" by some figures during the show. The styling incorporated the colours red and white on a dark grey background which further enhanced the iconic Cappellini pieces: including the Wanders Tulip armchair and Big Shadow lamp by Marcel Wanders, the Revolving Cabinet by Shiro Kuramata and the Elan sofas and Low Pad armchairs by Jasper Morrison, together with many other pieces.
