Paris, January 2014 - The Cappellini success stories continue throughout the world. Celebrating in Paris with a new champagne color showroom which displays the best of the 2013 novelties and highlights some 2014 news.
Cappellini chose the new champagne color for the showroom to give more light to the small space and to emphasize the unique pieces. This monochromatic color scheme is perfectly on queue with the wave of the new trend in metallic colors such as bronze and copper. The 200 square meter (650± square foot) area reproduces the rooms in a real home. This highlights the flexibility of Cappellini Italian furniture products in different ways, a distinguishing feature of the brand. The room arrangements are finished with accessories from Cappellini’s Progeto Oggetto collection and the new “Magic carpets” collection. Unconventional spaces and unusual room sets - typical of the Cappellini brand– the “Explorers of design between imagination and reality.”

An armchair with seat and sides fully upholstered in leather. This tailor-made product offers a new modern design but is not flashy. The simplicity of lines and materials makes it contemporary. Size: 58 cm x 57 cm x 46/80 cm H (22 in. x 22.5 in x 18/31.5 in H).

Elan modular celebrates 15 years of uninterrupted commercial success with its Italian sofa. The sofa has a range of seating elements with a frame in medium density conglomerate panels, massive fir, poplar plywood and metal frame, springy on elastic belts. The 2014 version has extended its range with an angular composition and new ottomans. The Italian sofa collection boasts a removable cover in fabric or leather. Legs are stainless steel and feet are gray polypropylene.
LOTUS COMFORT - design: Jasper Morrison, 2014
Lotus Comfort is a complete collection of armchairs with a range of features choices: low and medium height, with or without armrests, four or five legs, with or without wheels and a rocking movement at variable heights. A new sledge base has also been introduced. Lotus Comfort has a lower price point than Lotus and its workmanship has sought to ensure greater seating comfort which has also been embellished with saddlery stitching and a double-shell back. Lotus Comfort armchairs easily adapt to a variety of work environments and can be customized with different colors for the swivel base and the armrests. Color choices include: chromed aluminum or dark brown, mud and white matt paint. Lotus Comfort armchairs are the first step in extending Cappellini’s long-selling Lotus range. A new version of the armchair Lotus Deluxe, will be presented at the next Salone del Mobile.
