Identità Golose, an entity that for years has promoted initiatives supporting research and valorization in the fine dining sector, opens a permanent laboratory in the heart of Milan dedicated to conviviality and experimentation, where to welcome Italian and international stars of the culinary scene.
Defined as the first international hub of gastronomy and culinary art, Identità Golose is a place for meetings and experimentation, an exchange platform that develops entertainment and research activities around quality cuisine.
The pursuit of excellence showcased at Identità Golose is reflected in the choice of incorporating Cappellini furnishings in the restaurant spaces. At the entrance, guests are greeted by two iconic pieces of the catalg: the Orla small sofas by Jasper Morrison and the memorable Side 2 chest of drawers by Shiro Kuramata. The Drum armchairs by Mac Stopa and the Bong service table by Giulio Cappellini were placed in the lounge area.
The dining rooms were furnished with the Branch Table by Jakob Wagner, Giulio Cappellini's Break and Fronzoni '64 by AG Fronzoni, accessorized with the Normal chair by Giulio Cappellini and the Bac One, Cap Chair and Tate Color chairs by Jasper Morrison.
Identità Golose is a successful and ambitious project, a celebration of two of the essential - and complementary - sectors that compose Made in Italy.
