With a total area of over 80.000 sqm, of which 47.000 sqm of offices for rent and a large green space, Monte Rosa 91 is one of the biggest buildings in Milan, designed to offer numerous multifunctional spaces and a wide range of services, including a nursery, a gym, and a restaurant. This iconic mixed-use building was originally delivered to Milan in 2003 by RPBW as the new headquarters of Il Sole 24 Ore and has been renovated twenty years later by the same team of professionals thanks to a regeneration project by AXA IM Alts, a global investment leader specializing in alternative asset classes.
Monte Rosa 91 is the first redeveloped real estate in Italy that obtained the Wired Score Platinum certification for the high degree of digital connectivity. The project also provides for the achievement of LEED Core & Shell Platinum level certification, with particular regard to energy and climate efficiency, and LEED Ebom Gold, for the efficacy of the building in terms of operations.
Among the high-hand furniture selected for the projects, some iconic products from the Cappellini catalog: the Elan sofa, the Low Pad armchairs and the Tate Soft chairs designed by the English designer Jasper Morrison, as well as the Gong coffee tables by Giulio Cappellini.
