The German designer Sebastian Herkner strengthens his collaboration with Cappellini through the Kwado armchair, a padded seat characterized by a play of solids and voids that enhances its strong lines, creating a light yet dynamic effect.

Kwado, which means “frog” in Hausa language, stands out with its bold and playful design. The shell perfectly interlocks with the base, offering a visually striking and highly functional structure. Available in three versions – fixed, swivel, and swivel with return mechanism – the Kwado armchair can be paired with a complementary pouf, designed as the negative of the indentation that defines the seat.

Covered in fabrics and leathers from the Cappellini collection, Kwado can be personalized by choosing from various colors and finishes for the shell and base, creating an even more exclusive look. Additionally, for greater comfort and practicality, the armchair can be accessorized with a swivel side table, perfect for small items or electronic devices, and a bag hook, ideal for contract and lounge environments.

Thanks to its iconic character and extraordinary versatility, Kwado is the perfect armchair for those seeking a distinctive piece of furniture that enhances any environment.
