CAFE KITSUNE VERTEBOIS

Paris

After the inauguration in 2013 of the first Café Kitsuné in Okayama, Japan, the founders of Maison Kitsuné, Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, open the first European roastery in Paris, in rue du Vertebois, thus expanding the chain of coffee shops spread around the world.

Situated on the ground floor of a 19th century five-story building, Café Kitsuné Vertebois offers its guests an extraordinary “coffee experience”, not only for the variety and quality of the products, but also for the cozy and refined atmosphere that the internal design team of Maison Kitsuné created.

The restored rough stone walls and the oak panels, in a nod to Japanese architecture, really catch the eye and give the environment a chic, yet extremely minimalist style. Cappellini furnished the spaces with the Morrison stools by Jasper Morrison, offered in two different heights according to the use and covered in a very elegant tawny leather, which perfectly matches the other furnishings of the location.
